I've been in Cypress since 1998.
Jon Gryn is a Realtor® with The Agency's Chavez Team, based in and specializing in Cypress, California.

Morris Elementary, then Lexington Junior High, then Cypress High, where I played baseball and ran cross country. Before all that I was a Cypress Little League kid. After high school I went to Cypress College — where I was in the honors program and served in student government.
My sister still lives in the house I grew up in. I'm raising my family here in Cypress with my wife Debbie, our sons Nolan and Nathaniel, and Oaklie, our goldendoodle. On weekends you'll usually find me on an AYSO field — I volunteer coach.
My working life before real estate taught me to price things off data instead of gut feel, and to run a process so nothing falls through the cracks. I also founded NinjaDev, a software shop — which is a long way of saying I'm the tech-savvy neighbor.
After fifteen years in product at companies like Tesla and Experian, I went back to UC Irvine for an MBA focused on real estate and digital transformation — and then came home to do the work.
I'm partnered with Ismael Chavez of the Chavez Team at The Agency. That gives my clients a global brokerage's marketing behind a listing, with someone who actually lives in town handling it.
If you're thinking about a move here, or you just want to know what your place is worth, call me. I like talking about this town.
If you ever want to golf or surf, I'm always in.

The software studio I founded — websites and tools for small businesses.

If you've seen an old white single-cab Tacoma around the neighborhood, there's a pretty good chance it was me — usually with one of my boys riding along and some reggae rock playing.
